*SCAPEmedia SKILL: Mastering the Art of Directing Actors

The director’s main responsibility is to tell a story. Knowing how to communicate and inspire an actor can the difference between a great concept and a great film. Bring out the best in your actors by speaking in a language that they can understand and apply to their characters. Where communicating wrongly will only confuse actors, the right language will inspire art and transformation. Through this masterclass, you will understand the different kinds of directors, tools you can use to cultivate a healthy director-actor relationship, how to become a “Method Director” and, address some of the common problems that arise on a film set.

This workshop is open to actors and directors from all backgrounds.
